I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources in the Department of Management & Marketing at the University of Michigan–Flint’s School of Management. I earned my Ph.D. in Management from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky in 2025.
My research integrates social network theory and methods to investigate workplace dynamics, with particular attention to the cognitive mechanisms that influence how individuals construct and interpret social relationships within organizations. This work advances understanding of the relational foundations of organizational behavior and supports evidence-based approaches to strategic leadership and talent development.
I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, negotiations, and organizational network analysis.
